Cabinets, counters, plumbing, electrical, tile, and lighting all have to land in the same few weeks, and one late delivery stalls everything behind it. We order and stage materials before demolition day, book the trades against a written schedule, and template counters the moment the cabinets are set. From a cabinet-and-counter refresh to a wall-out rebuild, you get a kitchen that works as hard as it looks.

Our Promise
We Do Not Leave Until You Sign Off.
The last invoice goes out after the walkthrough, not before it. We put a punch list together with you, work through every item on it, and only then ask to be paid the balance. If something we built or installed is not right, we come back and fix it. That is the whole policy, and it has not needed a longer version yet.

It depends on scope, materials, and the condition of what is already there, which is why we do not quote over the phone. Every project starts with a free on-site visit and an itemized written estimate, so you can see exactly where the money goes and adjust before anything is committed.
Both. We repaint and refit offices, retail units, and multi-family buildings alongside our residential remodeling, and we schedule commercial work around your operating hours so you are not losing days to a ladder in the lobby.
Most of them. Painting, drywall, flooring, tile, cabinetry, masonry, concrete, roofing, and the plumbing and electrical that goes with a remodel are all handled by our own crews. That is the main reason our schedules hold: there are fewer handoffs to wait on.
Almost always. We contain dust room by room, cover floors and furniture, keep a clear path through the space, and pack up and sweep at the end of every working day. On kitchen and bathroom projects we sequence the work so you keep a usable one for as long as possible.
If you send us someone and their project goes ahead, you get up to $200. There is no limit on how many people you can refer, and you do not need to be a current client to take part.
