Charlotte

Charlotte is where we are based, which means shorter response times and easier scheduling than anywhere else on our map. The housing stock here runs from 1950s brick ranches in the older ring neighborhoods to new infill townhomes and Uptown condos, and each one brings its own set of surprises behind the drywall.

Older Charlotte homes tend to hide the same three things: plaster over lath, undersized electrical, and subfloors that have taken on water at some point. We check for all three during the estimate rather than discovering them on demolition day, so the number you approve is the number that holds.

We work on the commercial side of the city too, repainting offices, retail units, and multi-family buildings around business hours so tenants and staff are not working around a ladder. Whatever the building, the job runs on a written scope, a real schedule, and a walkthrough before the final invoice.
