Park Road

The Park Road corridor is full of solid mid-century houses with good bones and dated interiors, which is our favorite kind of project. Small kitchens open up well here, and the original hardwood underneath the carpet is usually worth saving.

Most clients along Park Road stay in the house while we work, so crews contain dust room by room, keep one clear path through the space, and pack up and sweep at the end of every day.

Ranch houses from this era commonly need drywall and electrical attention once walls come open. We flag that during the estimate so it is priced up front rather than appearing as a change order in week two.
