Elite Painting & Remodeling LLC began the way the name suggests: with painting. Interiors, exteriors, cabinets, doors, commercial units. Painting is the trade where preparation decides everything, and that habit — do the invisible work properly and the visible work takes care of itself — turned out to apply to every trade we picked up afterwards.
Clients kept asking whether we could handle the drywall behind the paint, then the floors under it, then the kitchen the floors ran into. So we built the crews to do it. Today we self-perform painting, drywall, flooring, tile, cabinetry, masonry, concrete, roofing, framing, and the plumbing and electrical that a remodel needs, which is the whole reason our schedules hold up. There are simply fewer people to wait on.
We are based in Charlotte and work from Waxhaw up to Salisbury, on houses and commercial buildings alike. Every job runs the same way: a free on-site estimate, an itemized written scope you approve before we start, updates as each stage closes, and a walkthrough where we clear the punch list with you before the final invoice goes out.
