Cornelius

Cornelius work splits between lakefront properties and the older in-town neighborhoods, and the two need different thinking. Near the water, humidity and sun exposure drive the material choices as much as the budget does.

For lakefront homes we moisture-test slabs and crawlspaces before flooring goes down, and we spec exterior coatings rated for the sun and wind that side of the peninsula takes year-round.

In-town Cornelius projects are more typical remodeling work: kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and full interior repaints, all run on a written scope with a schedule you can hold us to.
