Mallard Creek

Mallard Creek sits close to the university and the research campus, so alongside owner-occupied homes we do a steady amount of turnover work: full interior repaints, flooring replacement, and drywall repair between tenants.

That work lives or dies on turnaround, so we schedule it tightly and finish when we said we would. Landlords get a written scope and a firm handover date rather than an open-ended job.

For homeowners here the usual list is flooring, paint, and a kitchen or bathroom update, all of which we handle with the same crew and the same schedule discipline.
